• Neighbours’ Recourse in the event of Fire or Explosion (up to S.I. Contents)
• Landlord’s Recourse or Co-owners Recourse (up to S.I. Contents)
• Natural Disasters (up to S.I. Construction + Contents)
• Water Damage (up to 10% of S.I. Contents)
• Glass Breakage (up to 1% of S.I. Contents)
• Cancellation of Electrical clause (up to 10% of S.I. Contents)
• Supplementary Fees (up to 5% of S.I. Contents)
• Third Party Liability (combined limit up to $30.000)
• Workmen’s Compensation - 1 Domestic (max. $15.000/ event)
